Hello
and welcome to Cattery Row!
First off,
we would like to say we have a lot of cool things coming to
Cattery Row next year!
We are
happy to say that we have teamed up with Smackwagon Design.

What does
this mean? This means that we now have the ability to host your
own domain name. We will have different options soon! If you
don't want your own domain, you can always stay on through our
domain, which is the option we currently have. Please check
the how to page soon to
see the new options.
With Smackwagon
supporting us, this opens up the door to a lot of new options
for your web page!
For those
of you who have been around since the beginning, 1996 (boy,
can you believe it?) you know the drill. :) For those of you
who are new visitors, here's the scoop on us:
Cattery
Row is a site dedicated to cat breeders and lovers. Our goal
is to unite as many on-line catteries (we now list catteries
without web sites) as possible. We feel it's a great asset to
people looking for that perfect cat and that's why we strive
to help catteries get on-line. Where else, besides the internet,
can you visit a cattery 24 hours a day?
We are
very proud of our large selection of catteries and you will
find over 30 breeds of cats here. If you are looking for that
perfect kitten or cat, this is the place to go. You can visit
numerous catteries and receive info you want on that certain
breed. The breeders here are more than happy to answer your
questions. And they are always willing to brag about their babies.
Who isn't?
Every
cattery that has been listed has asked to be. We never place
a link to a cattery that has not asked. We get over 100 requests
a week and we actually check every link to make sure it's valid
and actually cat related. Sometimes it takes longer than we
had hoped to get the listings updated, but it's very time consuming
and we have full time jobs as well as school and kitties to
love. Please be patient, we do the listings in batches as we
have the time.
Although we wish
that we had the ability to refer you to a cattery, we don't.
We are a quick start for your research.
Please
be wise when choosing a Cattery. Always try to visit the Cattery
(if possible), get references from other people who have bought
from that Cattery. We know you want your new kitty to be healthy.
If you
have any suggestions or comments, please feel free to e-mail
us.
We currently have
2 American Curl (Redbone (top) and Draven (right) (a.k.a. Drae
Girl) cats that share their love with us. We fell in love with
these cats back in 1996 and just can't get enough of them. We
only wish that everyone could be touched by this breed as we
have. They truly are chosen angels. The next time you are at
a cat show, please be sure to look for the American Curl breeders
to meet these felines in person...you won't regret it.
We
have a new little bundle of joy in our family. He is a 5 month
old, black Pekingese puppy. His name is Munch (a.k.a Munchies,
lil' Munch) and he well deserves the name. He eats everything!
I think his favorite thing to eat are his wee wee pads. eeeeeeeew,
I know, I know. Let's just hope he out grows that!
He is quite the
character and it's still hard to accept him as a dog. I think
he's a Mogwai (as in Gremlins), what do you think? He even makes
the little Mogwai noises.
It's kinda trippy
having a canine that is smaller than the cats! He won't get
much bigger. He is a whole 5 pounds now. LOL. I think the cats
like being able to push him around. Although, I have to say,
for a little guy, he holds his own very well.
Take care
of you and your furries!
